Annual
Giving
The Jewish Home’s Annual Giving Fund was established
during the summer of 2002 as an opportunity for donors to ensure
that the programs that enrich daily life and set The Jewish
Home apart from other long-term care facilities are maintained
and enhanced for the benefit of the Home’s residents.
Some examples of programs and capital expenditures that might
be funded by The Annual Giving fund include the following:
• Muscle Strengthening Program
• Performing Arts Program
• Residents’ Computer Lab
• Special Needs Assistants
• Bereavement Counselor
• Creative Arts Therapy Program
• Holiday Celebration Program
• Nature’s Remedy Program
• Unit Concierge Program
• Lifelong Learning Program
• Personal Admission Liaison Program
• Social Work Internship Program
• Residents’ Medical Lecture Series
• Residents’ Portrait Series
In addition, Special Funds have been established by committed
donors for specific purposes, such as:
