Merritt Parkway South
Exit 52 take CT-8 South toward Bridgeport.  Merge onto I-95 South toward NY and take Exit 25 (Fairfield Avenue-CT 130).  At bottom of ramp take left onto Fairfield Avenue, which becomes the Post Road. At One Post Road, turn left into the second driveway. Enter Grasmere by the Sea under green awning.  Outpatient Rehabilitation Services located on the third floor.

Exit 39 (US-7 toward Norwalk).  Merge onto I-95 North toward Bridgeport and take Exit 23 (Kings Highway).  Bear right at light (Kings Highway cut-off) past Home Depot and follow to Grasmere Avenue on right.  Follow Grasmere Avenue to intersection of Post Road.  Take a left onto Post Road.  Take immediate right into first entrance of One Post Road.  Enter Grasmere by the Sea under green awning.  Outpatient Rehabilitation Services located on the third floor.
