Home Care

The Roy and Aline Friedman Home Care Agency

Our newest community-based program is now operational and accepting clients with medical home care needs in the community. The Roy and Aline Friedman Home Care Agency is a non-profit, serving seniors with a mission to help them achieve the highest quality of life attainable. In coordination with the client’s physician, our team will develop a plan of care that promotes restoration of health and independence during an illness, or following an injury or surgical procedure in his or her home setting. Our team also works with individuals who are facing challenges meeting the physical demands of daily living and, thus, would benefit from skilled care in their homes.

Services include:

  • Skilled Nursing Services
  • Home Health Aide Services
  • Caregiver Education & Support
  • Medical Social Work
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Case Management Services
  • In-Home Safety Assessment

Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

Serving communities in Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
