How can I arrange help in my own house?

Where can my parent go while I am at work?

What is a Care Manager?

Who can I talk to about memory changes?

Where can I go if I do not feel safe?

Is The Jewish Home Community right for me?

Can I come to The Jewish Home after a hospital stay?

“Home is where the heart is.” A short statement that says so much! As active, independent healthy seniors planning for the future, many people consider staying at home to be the desired option. After all, studies show that 85% of seniors would prefer to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. The Jewish Home is offering a new comprehensive program to give seniors the ability to stay at home with the protection of a “life care” product. Members will have access to the benefits of personalized health care coordination and a comprehensive package of Home Care and Long-Term Care services.

We have looked beyond the traditional approaches to continuing care and can now offer something that is brand new to Fairfield County seniors. Senior Choice at Home is a membership-based program. Through the payment of a one-time membership fee and a modest monthly fee the program will provide a lifetime of services such as Personal Care Coordination, Home Health Care, Emergency Response Systems, and a guarantee of Assisted Living and Long-Term Care if needed; all this while protecting your assets and not burdening family and friends.

Senior Choice at Home has been developed with Cadbury Senior Services, an excellent non-profit organization based in New Jersey that is a leading provider of Continuing Care Retirement Communities and Continuing Care At Home program. With Cadbury’s assistance, and the continuum of care we have available to the community, we believe that this exciting new program will be a great alternative to those who are evaluating various options to protect their future.
