Senior Choice at Home® is the first licensed continuing care at home program in Southern Connecticut. It provides older adults and their families the opportunity for a lifetime of continuing care without giving up the comfort of – or investment in – their homes.

Senior Choice at Home® combines the financial protection of long-term care assurance, the advocacy of a personal care coordinator and a comprehensive package of Home Care and Long-Term Care services.
